The CEO who made pancakes - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog
The CEO who made flapjacks - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog Half a month back I did a workshop for a pharmaceutical organization in Iceland called Medis as a major aspect of their multi year commemoration and procedure kick-off. As should be obvious, they kinda enjoyed it :) The person in the first column in the blue suit is their CEO Valur Ragnarsson. Presently, as we as a whole know a workshop itself changes nothing so we generally work with our customers to think of a plan?that will really make a difference?in the work environment. As a major aspect of that arrangement, I tested Valur to think of something he could do that would be fun, simple and obvious just to show individuals that he is focused on making an upbeat working environment. Also, a couple of days after the fact he sent me these pics where hes making new waffles and hotcakes for his workers: What a wonderful thought :) I asked Valur how?he?liked the experience and heres what he stated: I completely delighted in it?? the greatest satisfaction I really escaped watching the response of the associates ! FYI we didn't report anything besides essentially appeared in the hall without notice and took individuals charmingly bysurprise.. presently it will come down to an arrangement and group supporting this (which we have set up as of now btw). The main issue was that the smoke caution propped up off, so they needed to incidentally incapacitate it?:) All around done, Valur! Just all things considered: Were not saying that you can transform a miserable working environment into a glad one, by having the CEO make hotcakes :) What were stating is that?upper the board can bolster the way toward making a cheerful working environment by accomplishing something fun and sudden that shows representatives that they are focused on the goal?and ready to go a smidgen outside of their customary range of familiarity.
